Not included:
● Any hardware additions: hourly rate for installs, then added to tiered scope
● Acts of God (e.g. power-related issues)
● Third-party hardware issues
Tiered Support
Tier 1
Price: $150/month
● 1-5 users
● 1-5 workstations
● 0 servers
● Unlimited printers, switches, routers, etc.
Tier 2
Price: $200/month
● 6-10 users
● 6-10 workstations
● 0-1 servers
● Unlimited printers, switches, routers, etc.
Tier 3
Price: $600/month
● 11-20 users
● 11-20 workstations
● 1-2 servers
● Unlimited printers, switches, routers, etc.
Tier 4
Price: Addressed per client on an individual basis
● 20+ users
● 20+ workstations
● 2+ servers
● Unlimited printers, switches, routers, etc.
*Once one category is exceeded, the next tier is activated on the next billing cycle i.e, the next month. One, two, or three year contracts can be signed with monthly billing. There is an early cancelation fee of $100 for early termation of a contract. Net 30 terms for payment.
