I travel to different work assignments and WBerch Computers set up my new laptop in very quick order so I didn't miss any appointments. Quick response time and knowledge of all computer systems is what impressed me the most. We have two other computers in our house and WBerch Computers has made house calls on both of these systems and we are very satisfied with the work, and the price was right.

Our daughter had WBerch Computers do some computer work for her and was very pleased with all that they did for her and their willingness to try and solve the problem promptly. We then contacted WBerch Computers after we purchased our first computer recently to see if they would set all the stuff up. They were very responsible and timely on doing it. We then asked if they would help us get a printer and set that up which they were again "johnny on the spot". I've called WBerch Computers numerous times for things that was not going right and they were always willing to come quickly to get the problem solved. The one thing that before we even had paid for the computer we had just purchased, the power in the tower had real problems. We couldn't take it back to the store it was past 15 days, so WBerch Computers contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a tech to our house and replaced the part. I would recommend WBerch Computers to you anytime if you have a need with your computer.
