1. What services do you offer?

   We offer a wide range of computer services for both homes and small businesses. We support and maintain Windows PC's and servers. We offer repair for computers as well as IT support for you home or office network. On top of these services we also build custom desktop computers for homes or businesses.
   

2. Do you design websites?

   Although we don't advertise it, WBerch Computers does offer website design and management. This is not one of our primary services but we are equipped and ready to design and manage a great looking website for you. They are priced great and can include lots of features like email addresses and lots of useful apps.
   

Custom Computers

1. How much does a custom computer cost?

   It's really up to you. We look at what you want to use your computer for and work with your budget to build you a custom computer that includes everything you need and nothing you don't.
   

2. Do you build specialty computers?

   Yes! We can build a very wide range of custom computers from basic office machines to very powerful computers used for graphics rendering and CAD designing. We also build custom gaming machines.
   

Pricing

1. Is a tuneup always $45?

   A PC tuneup is a set procedure using proven methods to increase computer performance without the need to install new hardware. The process is always $45. For an additional $15, we do a complete physical cleaning of your computer; inside and out.
   

2. How much do you charge?

   For regular hourly service, we charge $50 per hour, billed at the start of the hour. Businesses can also choose to apply for a monthly service plan that allows them to only pay a flat monthly rate for unlimited service.
   

Ordering Products

1. What products do you have available?

   We have a huge selection of many different tech products. Some are listed on the order products page and can be bought online. Most others can be bought by contacting us. We are always happy to help you find exactly what you need unlike the big chain stores.
   

   
   

2. How do I receive my order?

   Once we have your order, it will ship to our location in two business days. You can then come and pick it up, or we will be happy to deliver it right to your door. Delivery is $5 for Tremont residents and $10 for other areas.
